  • 1. Requirement communication and scheme confirmation

Clarify the core requirements of the product, including efficacy (moisturizing/whitening/anti allergy, etc.), skin compatibility, price positioning, and production capacity.

Determine the formula requirements, such as whether to be free of essence and preservatives, or add specific ingredients (such as hyaluronic acid and ceramide).

Communicate packaging design, including bottle shape, label, outer box style, and compliance labeling (ingredient list, production information, etc.).

Both parties sign a cooperation agreement to clarify key terms such as rights and responsibilities, delivery cycle, and payment method.

    2. R&D sampling and sample confirmation

The OEM factory allocates basic formulas according to demand and conducts small-scale research and development trial production.

After the sample is completed, the brand conducts sensory (texture, odor, skin feel) and efficacy tests and proposes adjustment suggestions.

The OEM optimizes the formula based on feedback, repeatedly samples until the brand confirms the sample, and locks in the final formula and process.

    3. Production preparation and batch manufacturing

The OEM purchases raw materials based on confirmed samples (which must meet the standards for cosmetic raw materials), and conducts raw material inspection and storage.

Entering the production process, complete emulsification mixing (core process), aseptic filling, sealing and labeling in sequence.

Assemble the outer packaging, pack the finished product according to the agreed specifications, and record the production batch information synchronously.

    4. Quality inspection review and delivery after-sales service

Perform multiple quality inspections on finished products, including microbiological indicators, sensory properties, packaging sealing, etc., to ensure compliance with national standards.

After passing the quality inspection, the goods will be stored and shipped according to the agreement. Relevant documents such as quality inspection reports and production records will be provided simultaneously.

Follow up on after-sales service, handle issues such as product transportation losses and usage feedback, and provide support for production replenishment or formula adjustments when necessary.
