As a cosmetics brand, we often communicate with massage SPA chain brands about supply chain construction issues. Massage oil, body lotion, scrub, hand care and other products are frequently used. Directly cooperating with factories can reduce intermediate links and adjust formulas and packaging according to service projects. But to achieve a stable supply relationship, several conditions need to be confirmed in advance.

Firstly, clarify the product requirements. Chain brands should first sort out categories, single use quantities, packaging forms, fragrances, textures, and budgets. The number of stores and monthly consumption determine the scale of the first batch of orders. The more specific the requirements, the more efficient the communication with the factory.

Secondly, review the factory's qualifications. Before cooperation, check the cosmetics production license and business license to confirm that the factory has the corresponding production scope. The factory can assist in providing formulas, processes, and testing data. The brand should confirm that the product name, ingredients, usage method, and manufacturer information are clearly labeled. Sixth, quality control and acceptance. Long term cooperation with 1 to 2 factories, setting safety stock and replenishment cycles, regularly reviewing usage feedback, communicating with factories to adjust formulas or packaging, gradually improving product and service compatibility.
