As a brand company, when we promote the customization of moisturizing and moisturizing spray, we will put compliance, producibility and delivery first. Finding a factory is not just about quoting, it also depends on whether the other party can connect the formula, packaging materials, filing, quality control, and delivery. The following are the contents that we will verify item by item.

1、 Define the product boundary first. Clearly define the usage scenario, target audience, material type, capacity, nozzle form, and scope of efficacy claims. Moisturizing, hydrating, and other claims must be consistent with the filing materials and evaluation criteria, without any unfounded content. The formula direction should first determine the water, moisturizing agent, anti-corrosion system, pH range, and then evaluate the compliance of raw materials and supplier information.

2、 Verify factory qualifications. Check if the business license, cosmetics production license, and permit items cover this type of product; Understand workshop clean areas, water quality treatment, microbial control, sample retention, and batch record management. Aerosols or pressure packaging also require confirmation of corresponding production conditions and transportation requirements.

3、 Raw materials and formula information. Request compliance information for raw materials, ingredient lists, inspection reports, and descriptions of prohibited and restricted substances, and verify that the formula is consistent with the recorded information. Record the batch, process pH、 Viscosity and odor appearance, easy to reproduce.

4、 Sample testing. Conduct tests on heat and cold resistance, cycling, microorganisms, packaging compatibility, nozzle atomization, sealing, and drop transportation. For spray, attention shall be paid to the spray state, blockage, leakage and use process.

5、 The packaging material matches the nozzle. The pump head, valve, tank body and material body should be compatible, and the sealing, pressure resistance and transportation conditions should be confirmed. The packaging sample should be consistent with the production batch to avoid differences in appearance and feel.

6、 Filing and labeling. The registration materials for ordinary cosmetics are led by the brand, and the factory cooperates to provide production information. Check the ingredient list, net content, expiration date, production license number, filing number, and warning language on the label, and ensure that the efficacy claims are consistent with the filing.

7、 Contract and delivery. Specify MOQ, sampling fee, delivery time, production capacity, payment, formula ownership, confidentiality, intellectual property, quality responsibility, and exception handling. Retain the dominance of formula and filing, agree on sample retention, inspection reports, and recall cooperation.

8、 Mass production and after-sales service. Confirm the mechanisms for incoming inspection, process recording, finished product inspection, batch traceability, and abnormal communication. Any deviation shall be handled in accordance with the contract and a written record shall be kept.

The core of finding a factory is to write the requirements into documents and contracts, and verify them with samples and records.
