    On site visit and technical exchange: The brand visits the production workshop, R&D laboratory, and warehouse on site, communicates with the quality manager and R&D engineers of the factory about specific product requirements (such as expected viscosity range, material appearance, fragrance preference), and confirms the sampling cycle and cost (some factories charge sampling fees, which are deducted after formal ordering).


    Sampling testing and adjustment: The factory produces 1-2 rounds of sampling samples according to the requirements, and the brand organizes internal trials or entrusts a third party to conduct stability testing. After confirming that the formula meets expectations, the samples are sealed and retained.


    Contract signing and ordering: After both parties confirm the product specifications, quality standards, delivery time, and price terms, a commissioned processing contract is signed, and the brand pays a deposit.


    Delivery and scheduling of packaging materials: The brand will transport its own packaging materials to the factory according to the agreed time, and the factory will arrange the production plan after inspecting the incoming materials. During the production process, the brand can send personnel to the factory to follow up on key control points.


    Finished product inspection and shipment: The factory issues a self inspection report for the finished product, and the brand conducts random inspections according to the sealing standards. After passing the inspection, the final payment is made, and the factory arranges logistics for shipment.


    Finding a suitable OEM factory requires the brand to invest time in information collection and on-site inspections in the early stages. The transparency and responsiveness of communication between both parties are often the foundation for long-term stable cooperation. It is recommended that the brand selects the best from 2-3 candidate factories and fully verifies their cooperation and technical capabilities during the sampling stage, laying the foundation for the subsequent product launch.
